What a lovely night was had for our first salad and raw baking workshop in Wellington. Hosted at the beautiful Twig and Arrow, we were joined by a group of Wellingtonians ready to up their home cooking skills. While some had tried Fi’s food before, some were in for an all new flavour experience. Not only did Fi work through the recipes with everyone she offered invaluable tips for where to source products, what are the best brands to use, flavour pairings and her secrets to pulling salads together! At the end everyone enjoyed the food that had been prepared and got to meet new faces, plus catch up with old friends.
